At Mojo Jackets, we are committed to delivering high-quality products while ensuring your complete satisfaction. We understand that there may be situations where you need to return, exchange, or request a refund for your purchase. To facilitate this process and provide clarity, we have established the following return and exchange policies. Please carefully read, understand, and agree to these policies before initiating any claims for return, exchange, or refund.
Within one week of receiving your order, please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, one or more of the following conditions must be met:
- The delivered product is of the wrong size.
- The delivered product is damaged.
- The delivered product is different from your original order.
If the error in your order was made on your end, you may be responsible for covering the delivery charges. However, we also offer alteration services, where we will adjust the delivered product and return it to you. For more information on alterations, please get in touch with our customer support team.
We take great pride in the quality of our products and strive to minimize the need for returns. However, if a situation arises that necessitates a return, please ensure that at least one of the following conditions is met:
- The delivered product is damaged.
- The delivered product does not match your original order.
For refunds, only the cost of the product will be reimbursed. Shipping charges are non-refundable. You have up to 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a refund. Additionally, please ensure that the product still has its tags attached.
Please accept your order only if the packaging is unopened to be eligible for a return.
Customized jackets cannot be returned, as they are personalized exclusively for the customer and cannot be resold.

- If your claim is approved, we will provide you with the return address for shipping the item back to us.

Our Commitment To Exceptional Service

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of order placement.
- Dispatched orders cannot be canceled.
- Customized orders cannot be canceled.
- 100% refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours, including shipping charges.
- 70% refund if the order is canceled within 48 hours, including shipping charges.
- 50% refund if the order is canceled within 72 hours with shipping charges.
- 0% refund if the order is canceled after 72 hours.

- Allow a 24-hour period for our Customer Service Representative (CSR) to respond.
- Once you receive a response from our CSR, you can proceed with your order cancellation request.
Changing Order Details:
If you need to modify details such as the delivery address or date, you do not necessarily have to cancel the entire order. You can simply request our support representatives to make the necessary changes for you.
