Eligibility for Returns

  2. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  3. The return cost of shipping is customer’s responsibility.
  4. Customized jackets are not eligible for returns as they are personalized for you and cannot be resold.

Exchanges

  1.  You can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. If the product is the incorrect size, damaged, defective, or differs from your original order.

Refunds

All refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that only the cost of the product will be refunded, while shipping charges are non-refundable.
